Vintage Pink 1959 Cadillac Car Novelty Telephone – Retro Push Button Phone

This unique novelty telephone combines two unmistakable pieces of Americana: the classic landline telephone and the spectacular styling of the 1959 Cadillac.

Finished in a soft pink with a contrasting white roof and extensive chrome-tone detailing, the telephone features the dramatic tail fins, bullet-style taillights, quad headlights and oversized grille associated with late-1950s Cadillac styling.

What makes the piece especially interesting is its clever design. The upper portion of the automobile doubles as the telephone handset. Lift it from the base and a traditional push-button telephone keypad is revealed underneath. The handset connects to the base with a matching pink coiled cord.

The piece shows signs of previous ownership and age, including light surface wear, marks and discoloration visible in the photographs. These characteristics are consistent with a pre-owned decorative telephone.
